Allie Micka

Allie has been an open source developer and advocate since 2001. She has worked on several open source applications, and went "Drupal Pro" in 2005.

Her emphasis is on creating relationships between a wide variety of information such as demographics and ecommerce information, but also participatory and locative data that create a big-picture view of how an online community functions. Her goal is to provide tools that deliver this information in ways that make sense and work well for site administrators of all skill levels.

Her company, Advantage Labs, brings these tools together to provide a comprehensive support structure for developers, businesses and non-profits. Through turn-key solutions, hosting, training and hands-on support, Advantage Labs provides sustainable solutions for getting the most out of Drupal and the resources you already have.

Prior to this, Allie was the the team manager of web development for a major online brokerage, which taught her to apply enterprise business strategies to sustainable community management.
